Some functions of my slider revolutions that came with the template crashed

I have problems with the free slider revolutions that came with the template:
for example in image 01.png that I attach you will see that I activate the mobile version, but later when I reload the page, it is deactivated again, you can see it in image 02.png
Another example is: that I activate the LOOP effects as you can see in image 03.png and when reloading the web page, in the same way it does not activate as seen in image 04.png
Somehow I am blocked ?? I mean, I don’t understand the reason why it no longer works.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.
