Some icons are displayed as placeholder until a page reload

Hi,

I’m new here with a small beta shop and found two problems.

1. Whenever I start the shop in browser some symbols like the social link icons are only displayed as placeholders. When I update the page with a browser reload everything seems to be shown correct.

2. I cannot login or register at myaccount, here named as mein-konto https://denkeangeschenke.de/mein-konto/

The page only reloads and nothing else happens. login and register in wordpress style over wp-login.php works.

How can I fix these things? I haveno more ideas. I use woodmart v5.10 on WordPress v5.5 on running php v7.2 on a cached nginx.

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

1) For the icons please Go to Theme Settings >> Performance >> CSS >> Font-Awesome library set it to always use.

Then clear cache and check back.

2) And for the login/register not working. Please make sure that you have created a page and add the shortcode inside “[woocommerce_my_account]” and set it as MyAccount page from

WooCommerce >> Settings >> Advanced.

Hello and thank you for your help.

The 1st prob is gone. I had to switch off the minified css, switched awesome fonts off and on again, saved and cleared all caches.

The second problem stays. Im not able to log in with the myaccount page. [woocommerce_my_account] is filled in and the page is registered in woocommerce settings as myaccount (ok, my myaccount is called meinkonto and bit the page works well and show anything it should when Im logged in by the normal wp login address. But when I want to log in or register by using the myaccount page it only reloads,nothing else …

I can’t find the error. Do you have another idea for me or perhaps try to register?

We are Glad that one of your issues is Resolved.

And for the MyAccount not working. Please check its functionality with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

Because MyAccount is WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
