Some issues

Hello there,

I have some issues:

1. When a product is added the cart is not shown on the right hand. Also the content on the right hand sand is grey.
2. The coupon code area doesn’t work on the English version
3. The language menu disappeared when I updated the theme. Had a EN/SV up in the menu.

How do I fix these issues?

Hello,

Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand where our theme causes the problem. We suspect that this is the issue of plugins conflict. If you see the same situation on the default theme, deactivated all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and activate them one by one to discover which one influence.

It happened when I updated to the latest version of WordPress. No other changes. Is your theme compatible with it?

Please clarify your problem with the cart. Have you tested on the default theme? What is the result?

What do you mean saying coupon does now work? Have you tested that on the default theme?

As for the language switcher, it could be reset during the incorrect update. You can add it again in your WPML > Languages > Menu language switcher http://prntscr.com/jl004j
