chefneloneParticipantHello there!
I updated the Theme from version 7.5… to version 8.5…
Issue is that I get some problems with the Elementor containers. I guess that something has changed and it is affecting my page.I created a sandbox (staging site) to test and fix this issue.
This is the page in production site: https://www.somlaweb.com/es/mantenimiento-web-precios/
This is the same page in the sandbox after the Theme update where the Elementor containers are wrong: https://temporal-2.simplementeweb.com/es/mantenimiento-web-precios/
Also take a look to this capture to see what I mean: https://temporal-2.simplementeweb.com/es/mantenimiento-web-precios/
I attached Admin credentials in the private content area.
The site has enabled the plugins: WP File Manager y File Manager Pro. Just in case you need to modify files. Please, let me know how to fix this.
Regards,
Walter.-

chefneloneParticipantI forgot to mention that I already did this tasks:
1- Cleared my cache (Web and Varnish)
2- Run the “Regenerate Assets” for both plugins: Elementor and Essentials Addon for Elementor
3- I also did the “disable all plugins” procedure.None of these fixed the issue.

Thanks for reaching to us.
To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) of the live site to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.

chefneloneParticipantHello,
Ok, I attached credentials for production site. Please, don’t update the theme in production site.
Also take a look at this video to see how to edit the “Html Block” which contains the Elementor containers and widgets: https://www.loom.com/share/8cb80c1408674932923307d9e577db91?sid=91840445-f45b-4551-aeda-d4b013585b95

Hung PhamKeymasterHi chefnelone,
First of all, take my appreciation for your patience.
I tried to re-save settings on staging site, but it couldn’t be saved. Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.
Kind Regards,
Hung PDJuly 7, 2025 at 2:48 pm #672187
chefneloneParticipantHi Hung,
Sure, please make sure you do this on the staging (not in production site).
Please, let me know.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi chefnelone,
Please add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Desktop:
div.wd-sticky-container-lg { position: relative; !important top: 0 !important; }
