Some Menu icons are loaded by lazyLoading.min.js: 1

Added a couple of new categories to the menu: подарки, украшения, подарочные боксы.
Icons for these categories are loaded at the very last moment the page loads.

If you remove the lazy load theme from the menu, all icons are loaded approx.

Why did they get there(lazyLoading.min.js: 1), how to make the icons load at the same time.
Please help!

It is how the lazy loading script works: it loads images once they arise in the viewport to optimize the performance. If you want to load all the images at the beginning, you need to disable the lazy loading script entirely.
