Please make the full backup of your site and update the theme.

1. Deactivate all the plugin

2. Update the theme and all the related plugins,

3. check the issue

4. Update other plugins, you have 28 out-to-dated) plugins but do not activate.

5. You need to activate the plugins one by one checking which one causes the problem.
