Some problem and configurations – brand filter / navigation bar on products etc.

Hello,
I bought your theme and am quite fascinated by it. I am already on the step of uploading products and moving my old site to a new one with your theme.

However, I have encountered a few problems that I cannot solve, and I will ask for your assistance:

1. The first problem is after I place an order, I have a “thank you” note in green color that I can’t find out where I can change its text and color?

2. The second problem, by default, in the filter on the left I have an option – brands.

As you can see from the first picture, there are 14 products in this brand, however, when I pressed the brand, it does not send me in the section with all these 14 products but on the homepage of the site – picture 2!

Please tell me how to fix this!

3. I saw in your demo that when a product is accessed, the navigation path that is specified is only to the category without showing the product name.

I tried some of the options on the theme but found no option to exclude the product name from navigation.

Please tell me how to leave only the category navigation without the product name.

4. Last one:

When you open a product, you have tabs for description, information, delivery, etc.

However, when in the mobile version, it is in a drop down menu.

Can you please tell me and guide me on how to make it stay tabbed again. It’s much more beautiful and more comfortable when it’s on tabs. In this case, it is easier for the client to see exactly what is being offered as opportunities. For example, I give one of my sites:

I saw the screenshots you attached.

1) To change the color of the thankyou text you need to add the following Custom CSS
in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.woocommerce-thankyou-order-received {
color: red;
border: 2px dashed purple;
}

2) The filter doesn’t work for the homepage if the website. To display the products in the same category in the homepage you need to edit the homepage and you need to use the product grid/carousel module of the Wp-Bakery Page builder and set its settings according to your needs and set the data source to the specific category.

3) You need to set the permalinks to shop base from Settings >> Permalinks >> Product permalinks >> Set to shop base.

4) Unfortunately, you couldn’t set the tabs to look the same as in the desktop version of the theme. It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

Тhis filter is on the shop page, not the main page.

As you can see from the picture the url of the site sharelesson.eu it contains a shop (sharelesson.eu/shop).
The filter itself works correctly by clicking a brand in the bottom bar where I have listed all brands. I’m not sure I understand the reason you are describing why it does not work correctly on the shop page. I think it needs to filter all 16 products on the same page – shop page, not to redirect to main page

Why it redirect to https://sharelesson.eu/?taxonomy=pa_brand&term=sonoff – can we change somehow ?taxonomy=pa_brand&term=sonoff with ?filter_brand=sonoff

It needs to be like for example:

https://sharelesson.eu/product-tag/ewelink/
or
https://sharelesson.eu/shop/?filter_brand=sonoff – as in the bottom brand list when I click on some of the brand.

3. I did it that you advised me but still, the result is the same:

I have visited the URLs you provided and saw the screenshot you attached.

1) For the filter not working, Please quick edit the products and update them then clear cache and check back. This will surely fix the issue.

2) It’s not redirecting to any page. The permalinks needed to be set from Settings >> Permalinks >> Set it to post name.

I watched the video you attached. In our demo mode the breadcrumb position is set to display under the content from Theme Settings >> Product page >> Show/hide elements.

If you want them displayed under the content then you need to set the option from theme settings.

And for the product name displayed in the breadcrumb. Please add the following code in the Custom CSS for mobile area. Clear cache and check back.

1) If you want to use the same style of breadcrumbs for the desktop then you can add the code I provided in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS. Then it will work for all the devices.

I think we can’t understand each other right 🙂

I made a video showing the two remaining problems. I’m not sure how you test it. But from anywhere I visit my site, I have already visited it from 3 different internet companies and over 6 different computers and phones and this filter does not work!

Regarding the posts, Yes they work on the blog page but the drop-down menu where the widget ( post in the menu is located – Woodmart) recent posts is broken.

Please check the video – I make a separate comment for the problems. And use the clean browser cache + incognito mode that does contain any cache. The server still does not have a cache plugin and any other cache tools active.

I have resolved the issue on your website and you are not using the correct widget to display the filter by brands there. You used the tag cloud widget. I have added the WoodMart WooCommerce layered nav and set it to brands and its working fine on my end.
