Some Problems for Mobile and responsive

    Hi, thank you for this wordpress theme! This theme is beautiful and usefull.

    I have some mobile and responsive issues.

    Problem 1: When I look at my website on the phone (I emphasize on the mobile phone, not with the f12 option on the browser), the Add To Cart button is not visible (Attachments 1)
    And I dont see in product page (Attachments 2)

    Problem 2: I want spacing between products in my product list on the home page. But if you want this space, I want to keep my current design. (So in the form of a white box with a striped background) (Attachment 3) (
    I did this myself, but this time the design was broken in mobile (it appeared as 4, not a single column).

    Last question about tablet mode: When I look at Chrome f12, it appears in 4 columns on the tablet (just like the desktop), but I couldn’t test it on the tablet, it might be different (single column like the mobile version) Do you have any information about this?

    1. Please update Woocommerce and switch to the parent theme, if the problem remains, we will need your FTP access, insert the credentials into the Private content below the message area.

    2. It is not possible to apply the design you want for this type of hover as HTML structure does not allow doing such. Your custom CSS breaks the Bootstrap grid. Please remove it.

    If you want to have this design, you need to choose hover tiled https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/?opt=tiled_hover and apply all the styles (background, border, box-shadow) to .product-wrapper https://prnt.sc/26dj0md. In this case, all the gaps would be displayed correctly.

    The product columns work in this way: the tablet has the same number of columns as the desktop has because the tablet width is 769px and the mobile view starts from 768px.

    Please change your user ID and password, they are very weak.

    Upps, ok I Think reason is your ip. My server block your ip because you are different country.

    Can we solve this problem in another way? This is my only problem now… (There is no add to cart button on the phone)

    I was deleted all custom css code and nothing change. What is problem this stitution?

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    Switch to the parent theme if you use child and check how it works.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Please try to clone and move your site to another staging host with free access, the issue should be investigated by our developers with different IP.
