Few single product problems (catalog mode)
1. Does not show a short description of the product
2. How to edit this information (No. 2)
3. I don’t plan to use a long description, how to delete the header of this description (No. 3)
4. The stock of products is shown in the total product category, but not for a single product

Hello,
The demo is using Custom Single Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Navigate to Layouts > Layout to edit Single product layout and configure the elements.
