sometimes can't load css proberly

sometimes in my product pages the style doesn’t load properly and I got this error in the console

WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed:
w @ ?v=2.0:16

how to solve this error?
