As I wrote it in the title, sometimes desktop settings apply to mobile. (attached IMGs)
I am using Elementor and the problem happens most when I use templates I create (attached IMG)

It might be a bug in the Elementor plugin that breaks responsive controls and you can read a similar issue on their Github https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/16467
As a workaround, you need to click on the “Preview” button while editing your slide. And always keep the preview window opened whiled customizing and saving your Slide with Elementor. https://gyazo.com/f9530f031bd69a48c3e3a7d3d8ad17df
