studiopetrov.comParticipantHi, something went wrong, and I’m unable to edit prebuild home page (Home Mega-electronics) in Elementor. I tried disabling all plugins, and everything is the same. Even on frontpage the page doesn’t look like the demo!
What am I missing?
February 13, 2026 at 10:48 am #708478Hello,
I have checked your sit,e and the issue is that the demo content might not have been imported correctly, or some elements were imported in a different format than expected.
Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.
Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.
If the issue remains, try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.
If the issue still remains, let me know I will further check on your site and import the correct demo on your site.

studiopetrov.comParticipantThe theme is installed right after WordPress; there was no plugin when that happened. Nevertheless, I disabled all plugins, removed content, and tried again, and the same thing happened. Then I removed all and tried with another prebuild, and everything works with that one.
SO the problem is in Home Mega-electronics. Please fix it and tell me when I can import it.
February 13, 2026 at 3:52 pm #708520Hello,
Your issue has been resolved. I have imported the mega electronics demo on your site and the home page is edited fine.

studiopetrov.comParticipantHi,
Something strange is happening on all 3 websites I have with your template… Options for pages are missing on all websites since the last update!!
And saving CSS in theme settings isn’t working now. It says settings saved, but on reload, there is nothing.
I tried disabling plugins, emptying the cache, changing the PHP version, but it’s all the same!
Can you check for etcgroup? You have a user/pass for that website, and I can later give you access to other websites.
Be aware NOT to overwrite pages on that website…February 27, 2026 at 3:55 pm #710204Hello,
You can access them by:
Clicking “Edit with Elementor” > Clicking the Page Settings in the Top-left corner and there you will see the available page-related options.

studiopetrov.comParticipantok, can you check what the problem is with the template on etc website?
Saving CSS in theme settings isn’t working now. It says settings saved, but on reload, it doesn’t save.

studiopetrov.comParticipantAnd also, search in the header doesn’t search by SKU… please fix that
February 28, 2026 at 10:48 am #710295Hello,
Regarding the css in theme settings, I have added the css code in Theme Settings > Custom CSS and it is saving and working correctly.

studiopetrov.comParticipantCSS saving is mostly working now, but search by SKU doesn’t. Example from your screenshot is part of the title, not SKU.
March 3, 2026 at 9:32 am #710611Hello,
Could you please share some useful screenshots for better understanding that demonstrate the problem, so we can understand and reproduce it on your website?

March 4, 2026 at 12:35 am #710735March 4, 2026 at 11:10 am #710783Hello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,
