Sorting not working

Hi! The sorting option is not working on the webshop. I want to have the Suprise Me products as first but no matter what I do, they will not be the first products you will see on the webshop page. Can you please take a look with me?

Your given site URL is not correct, it gives 404 pages not found. Please see the screenshot in the private content.

Also, this order is not working, if you want to reorder the products, you should use the Simple Custom Post Order plugin on the site:

The website is now working. I have downloaded the plugin and sorted the products but it still isn’t working 🙁
