    Hello
    1. I created html block footer and added -40px margin to remove page margin. Now when I added prefooter, there’s a space between prefooter and footer (80px to be exact). When I added -80px margin to prefooter, now there’s a space between prefooter and the rest of the page. can I have a solution that doesn’t involve negative margin to every elements?
    2. How to adjust the size of the thumbnail images of a product in single product page? I tried in theme settings but I do not see any changes.
    3. Do you have any suggestions on how to create offset slider (or carousal with free scroll) using woodmart and elementor elements?

    Thank you

    Hello
I have added negative margin to footer to remove white space of the page. How to remove the space-
    1. Between footer and prefooter?
    2. Between contents of the page and pre-footer?

How to remove these gaps in shop page? Don’t have an option to adjust the padding/margins on this page.

    Hello,

    Please check:

    https://gyazo.com/46842af3e3849f517ff7c7665af648a1 and https://gyazo.com/65d906495b082bb00af60b601a121b91

You need to set a negative bottom margin for the grey section on the home page – 40px.

Let me know if you want to have white copyright and black text, I will give custom CSS.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Even if I do that for home page, What about other pages? every page has white space between prefooter and the page.
For footer, I added -40 bottom margin, but why am I adding -80 top margin?
I would like to understand the problem with footer and prefooter? PLEASE DO EXPLAIN
(I already understand you have added 40 padding to all pages as default)

    Thank you

    Hello,

Please check this article to know why this gap appears: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/top-bottom-paddings/

This time the shop page looked good. And all you needed was to add the negative bottom margin to the bottom row of the content.

Both my HTML blocks(footer and prefooter) don’t show up the same way on my phone as it shows up on the elementor preview. I’m not sure why.
    FOOTER –
I have adjusted each column width to 100% for mobile view but all the columns end up messy in the same horizontal line. Sometimes it shows up right, but sometimes it doesn’t.
Can you check? Does it have to do anything with the page template?HTML block template?
    Thank you

    Hello
I have added two screenshots from my mobile. One is homepage (messed up content) and the other is shop page. Footer works fine in other pages but both footer and pre-footer content shuffled in home page.

    #324445

    Hello,

You need to set 100% for each column for the mobile. Now your columns are 20% and it is not enough to host the content that you have in the footer: https://gyazo.com/00cf55920ee7d8c13fa2ae10d5785842

You know Elementor allows different settings for different devices. Chick monitor icon to see this.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Hello
I have set column to 100% for mobile devices. Still, the problem exists. Please check the html block.

    #325565

    Hello,

Please update the theme, all the related plugins and Elementor. The footer columns are properly adapted on the store page and problems occur only on the home page.

Please remove this https://prnt.sc/1wao1gk this code is not CSS, and check the issue.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

I have removed the code from additional css and put it in code snippets. I have updated all the plugins and also turned on auto update for the theme. But still, the problem exists. Actually, both html blocks(footer and prefooter) are aligned wrong in all the pages I created with elementor.

Does this have to do with the page layout? I have used elementor full width and html blocks too.

    Hello
I have done it all. Nothing works. Does the problem have anything to do with page template? My website is ready for launch. Only this problem.
