space on mobile from store logo to slider revalution or image on front page

    hi
    im really struggling to get the space right on mobile view, as i have got the image/slider correct on desktop but it is showing big gaps on tableta nd mobile, and i tablet and mobile design section is greyd out and does not work for me to fix the gap can someone help me please, also vertical space between promobanner dones not work either
    and website is on local host not live yet on this theme as im trying to relaunch the website

    hi yes i know this and understand this, but on mobile and tablet there is a option to change these marging, and on the theme these were disabled(greyed) so ims truggling to fix this if this make sense

    this is what i need enabling shown on attached picture
    once i know where in the theme i could enable this then i can adjust the height on tablets and phone, withouth this enabling i wont be able to fix this so can you get back to me on this immediatley please aswe site should be launched on friday

    so i found out that desktop, tablet, mobile option missing from css box on row setting and they are showing somewhere on the bottom of the row settings page
