Spacing Issue Between Sections Not Applying After Publish

The designer added white space between the “100% refund” and “You may also like” sections on the HOME page using Elementor. When previewing, the spacing appears correctly, but after publishing, the two sections appear stuck together without the intended gap. How can this issue be resolved? Please check the enclosed file
