    Now padding is 10px http://prntscr.com/mdlu91

    Here is the code: 

    body .woodmart-navigation .item-level-0 > a{
	padding:0 20px;
}

    Replace 20px for the value you need and add the code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global.
