Spam email

I attached screenshot. There is no japanese thing in my web site. You can see the link. I think it is spam. what should I do?

I saw the screenshot you attached.

These emails are sent from WordPress when you enable the option to notify when a comment is posted.

Hello,

This is the default behavior of WordPress when this option is enabled then the email that is sent comes with the link of the Url of the post on which the comment is posted.

If you want to delete the blog post then you can delete from Dashboard >> Posts.
