How do i remove purchase theme and special offer and purchase theme buttons

Choose the proper header type (your current).

Remove the menu element http://prntscr.com/iyd3h3 or set another menu instead.

If you want to change the background image for the page title you can do this in Dashboard -> Pages -> edit page and upload your image there.
