Specific content for mobile view only

Is it possible to create a specific content only for mobile view? Or at least hide some content from mobile view? For my homepage I don’t like how the first green section is displayed on mobile view – see picture attached. Is there a way to solve this?

Under the page builder editors either Elementor or WPBakery, it provides options to specifically apply some changes or create some Sections sections specifically for Mobile view. Although, you might not find it for all but for most of the things the options are available.
