Speed is so slow for website

Hi,
I’ve found the speed for my website is very slow. always takes too long time to open. kindly could you give me some suggestions to speed up the website?

Sencondly, I ‘d like to install plug-in to make the site with multi-language, could you recommand the light and efficient one which will not slow down the speed?

Lastly, pls check my sub-domain zoncn.blingblingstone.com, the demo I installed is not the same as present. the pages are in mess, specially for the header. could you let me know how to fix it?
