I have applied all the necessary things to optimize my speed but still, my site is too slow.

We see that your cache plugin is not working well. Try to use WP Rocket that does everything including JS and CSS optimizations. Also, you need to use some CDN service like KeyCDN. And temporarily disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme so we can check the speed.

Sorry, but we don’t have a detailed tutorial since your website optimization is out of our theme support scope. You can try to use some alternative plugins like WP Super Cache or Total cache.
