innovexagencyaeParticipantHello,
I am writing to address the concern regarding the slow speed of the Woodmart website. I have noticed that despite having only six products on the website, the speed performance, especially on mobile devices, is considerably poor. I have attached a link for you to review the speed analysis without any speed optimization plugin. Additionally, I have already tried using Litespeedcache, but unfortunately, the issue persists.
The mobile theme has been updated, and there are very few plugins installed, mostly reputable ones. The hosting service is also of good quality, as it is on Hostinger’s Cloud Startup plan, with this website being the only one on this plan. Despite these factors, I am perplexed as to why the speed remains very low.
Here is the link for you to check and identify the issues: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-lambent-ae/bl58t4ja0j?form_factor=mobile
I kindly request your assistance in identifying and resolving these speed issues as soon as possible.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
We have tested your website and found a few problems you should fix first to speed up your website.
1. Your website is experiencing errors when loading resources. These errors are probably caused by your hosting server or installed plugins.

https://gyazo.com/0e4851e49c19c0c7d3742c58087428a42. First, turn off all third-party plugins and optimize your website. Then, add the necessary plugins one by one and check the speed accordingly.
3. Use WP Rocket plugin to optimize your website’s JS, CSS and cache.
4. Use some CDN service like KeyCDN or Bunny CDN.
5. You have too many Google fonts loaded on your website https://gyazo.com/7aa3a1c909b82df6c06f5d4d1f0b0350
6. Your images are very big and not optimized. You need to set proper sizing for all images to reduce your page size https://gyazo.com/04bc021a8b7912988cf5f884f050ecb6
Kind Regards

innovexagencyaeParticipantHello, I hope you are doing well. I have thoroughly checked each point you mentioned. Regarding the first point where you encountered errors, I checked the console but didn’t find anything related to this issue. My websites are currently running campaigns worth thousands of dollars. I disabled all unwanted plugins and then checked, but there was no improvement. Unfortunately, I cannot turn off my Facebook and Snapchat pixel plugins. I initially used WP Rocket, but it wasn’t sufficient, so I switched to the “Seraphinite Accelerator” plugin. With the help of this plugin, I achieved a score of 90+ on both mobile and desktop in other themes. However, In Woodmart the speed drops significantly. I am attaching some links where I achieved a score of 90 on desktop but now gets low score, but on mobile, it’s still quite slow in past and now both:
Old speed result

2. https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-lambent-ae/8feez25ba8?form_factor=desktopNow speed result:
https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-lambent-ae/adfuuclgj6?form_factor=mobileWoodmart has been a best seller on ThemeForest for years, yet it’s still not optimized properly. This raises questions about why such issues persist. Additionally, I recently purchased a license for a different client’s website. After importing a demo, its score is in the 60s on mobile and 70s on desktop, which is unexpected.
My client is investing a significant amount of money in ads, and she is very frustrated with the current speed issues. Ignoring the speed score, users are unable to even add items to their cart due to long loading times, which is causing further frustration.
I am attaching a video demonstrating that users cannot add items to their cart.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We have checked your website and see that most points are still not optimized. Note that the theme itself does not cause all of these problems. If you think that our theme has some performance bugs, please point us to the exact places in the code or files that you see affect your performance.
You can’t get high scores without optimizing your website in general. No matter which theme you use.For the add-to-cart issue, please create a separate topic, and our specialists will help you as soon as possible.
Kind Regards

innovexagencyaeParticipantI asked you where you checked these errors so I can check also. Most images are reuploaded and now all images in Webp format

Artem TemosKeymasterWe don’t see errors from the first point. However, the images are still not loaded properly. You use bigger sizes than necessary and don’t use web for some of them. Here is a screenshot https://gyazo.com/a299fd1eda1658b52ea2c9203dc07081
Check also points #2 and #4March 28, 2024 at 1:00 pm #553033
innovexagencyaeParticipantMan I have already cdn in hosting this is a cloud startup plan from hostinger. I already optimised images with the EWWWW image optimization plugin and now I am doing optimization with smush plugin.
Why ajax is it not working in add to cart none of your teammates contacted me for this solution now I have disabled add to cart ajax from the archive and single product page

Artem TemosKeymasterHere is a screenshot that demonstrates that you use an unoptimized PNG image of size 2000×2000 when it should be approximately 400×400 and have web format. https://gyazo.com/fad552436b6cba6f147007a69cd5db06
Please, create a separate topic about the ajax issue and send us a step by step instructions on how to reproduce it.
