Speed / Server Fehler 500 und Iphone 11 Pro Probleme

Hallo zusammen,

zuerst, das Theme ist optisch richtig gut gelungen!

Ich verwende das Theme jetzt live seit ca. einer Woche. Bei GMetrix holt es einen Speed Page Score von 97% und einen YSlow von 86%. Die Seite ist 1,13MB groß und braucht aber leider unglaubliche 8,6 Sekunden zum laden..(Auttoptimize ist an und WP Super Cache auch.)

Ich habe auch die Erfahrung gemacht, dass wenn ich GZIP und Expired Headers in der .htaccess nicht aktiviere, die Seite “gefühlt” schneller ist. Ein Produkt benötigt ca. 1-3 Sekunden bis es lädt. Der Score ist dann natürlich katastrophal. Habt ihr auch schon ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht?

Leider ist die Geschwindigkeit mit GZIP und Expired Headers an bei der Bedienung echt langsam. Ich habe teilweise Ladezeiten von 3-5 Sekunden pro Produkt.

Ganz aktuell habe ich auch folgendes Problem: Wenn ich meinen Store mit meinem IPhone 11 Pro aufrufe, wird die Seite komplett zerschossen, sobald ich auf ein Produkt oder das “Shop” Icon klicke. Auf dem Iphone 8 besteht dieses Problem nicht. Ich habe euch ein Foto angehängt.

Und ab und an (leider kann ich den Fehler nicht reproduzieren) bekomme ich einen Server Error 500. Ich hoste bei Strato und hatte auf den gleichen Server vorher auch WooCommerce laufen und nie einen solchen Fehler.

Wow, das sind viele Punkte! Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir schnell helfen.

GTemtrix is very powerfull tool to check your website performance but the loading time is not always correct. When we tested your home page with chrome dev tools we got 1-2 seconds to load. https://gyazo.com/6a9288c1a2309954f7fcd4a79fefc016

We have also tested with iPhone and it works well for us. Actually your website is very fast.

Try to clear your browser cache and check again. Or use private safari tab for that.

Hey Guys,

I added you my server logs which cause this Error 500.
“aborted: incomplete headers (0 bytes)”

After a refresh, it works again. So this is really strange, cause it happens time to time. I can’t finde a similarity. B

Hope you guys can help me out.

These errors are not related to our theme. And while checking your website we don’t see any problems. Moreover, it is not possible that the server works on all devices except the iPhone.

You are right, this is not a problem related to my iPhone. The server log file causes this Error 500. Strato still tells me, this is a bug caused by the theme. So strange.. really need this to be fixed.

But what exactly is wrong with our theme from their words? We don’t see any relation between error 500 and our theme at the moment. There is must be some error in the code or something.
