    Hi, I have same problem. Theme was uppdated today.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

    Webpage is in use. Customer have ad campain that cant be dissabled. So i cant dissable any plugins.

    It seems like your server blocks the connection to our server’s IP 138.201.123.145. Please, contact your hosting provider and ask to unblock it. Also, clarify the reason why this IP was blocked.

    If it is unblocked then you should be able to generate the file now. Please, clarify the reason why this IP was blocked.

    Do you have any documentation regarding the IP you are useing, so hosting company can see if they can possibly whitelist this / these on their servers?
