Split: Critical Error on Theme Activation

Good day, I am having similar problem, tried to disable all of the plugins, but still got the error message. The error occurs in the theme installation process and doesn’t even install the theme. Could there be some issues with PHP version or something else?

When trying to install the theme I get the following error, please check the screenshot. Also I don’t receive anything in my email (admin email) regarding the error

Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme so we can try to install our theme and see how it works?
Plugins have been disabled
We have uploaded the theme to your website. You should be able to activate and use it in Appearance -> Themes.
To fix the issue, you need to install zip extension on your server https://www.php.net/manual/en/book.zip.php
Contact your server support for help on this matter.
