Split: Custom tab on product page

I also have the same issue, I have followed the link that you posted but it doesn’t really help. Can you please elaborate?

Please check the Theme Settings > Single product > Tabs.

You will find the section for Additional tabs. You can edit the tabs as per your needs. You can replace the HTML block inserted by default.
