    We’re going through exactly this same issue. We have tried deactivating all the plugins, but the issue didn’t get resolved. But whenever we switch the theme, the issue gets resolved. So, it seems like an issue with the theme. Can you please have a look at it? Thank you!

    The server cache is disabled from the hosting client area. Btw, you can also control the cache functionality from your end using the SiteGround Optimizer plugin. Thank you!

    Okay, understood. I have checked it on the default WooCommerce Storefront theme and it seems that there is the same issue – https://take.ms/z5qDu, it means that the issue is not related to the theme because the same issue persists in the default theme and those functionalities (Checkout/ Thankyou page) are related to WooCommerce so I think the issue is on their end. I suggest you contact with the WooCommerce team support and ask them to investigate it from their end.
