Split: issue with theme custom css! :(

Through time and trial, I have determined that activating the caching plugin WP Fastest Cache (and its premium version) creates this problem. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-fastest-cache/
Disabling the plugin 100% solves this problem and it does not appear all the time that the plugin is disabled.

I wrote to the plugin developer and provided a link to this thread. I hope you have time to resolve the issue.
