Split: Replace HTML block

I want to change the icon in the account header. If I remove the symbol, the text “Account” appears. Where can I change the text e.g. to “Anmelden”?

The “Account” text can be changed with the help of the “Loco Translate” plugin. Also, I replicated it on my side so you can just check the video by the link below.
