Split: Side login form redirects to my-account login form

This is exactly what’s been happening to our store. Instead of the form properly POSTing, it instead redirects to the “My Account” page without any errors or warnings. I’ve checked both my error.log file and the web console.
Unfortunately, it is rather difficult to find a good time to disable any plugins so I’d like to know if you can offer any advice or solutions regarding this issue, since it makes the sidebar completely useless.
I’ve attached a list of our active plugins in the “Extra information” section. I’ve decided to send this as a reply instead of creating a new topic, since the original author seems to not have found a solution yet.
