Split: Split: Side login form redirects to my-account login form

    I am having the exact same problem! User login via sidebar throws me into the myaccount login page but if I refresh the page im logged in.

    Did you find any solution? If im getting this aswell I think it maybe is a theme related issue.

    Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and ensure that you have only the necessary plugins active for WoodMart to function properly: WoodMart core, WooCommerce, and Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder.

    If the issue persists, kindly provide us with your WordPress admin access details in the Private content field. This will allow us to log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue further.

    It is not convenient for me atm to disable any plugins… I have not installed any plugin recently before this happening.

    In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

    My hosting is not letting me create a staging site because of space, I am seeing a lot of people complaining about this issue so the problem is not related to a plugin or something, can you please get to me if you manage to solve the problem on their websites?

    I can’t provide the FTP data due to the client policy, this is being a common issue from what I have been seing so I would aprecciate any info about it…

    I can’t have a staging environment with FTP Access, only access to the live website, can you manage to find the issue there without compromising anything?

However, we were able to observe the problem on your website, and as we can see, it appears to be related to page or POST request caching: https://monosnap.com/file/xTp1fxwHSNBNO9PWZMSqfpStDQ4Zju . Because of this, the login functionality is not working correctly for the user.

    In this case, we kindly ask you to contact your server support team so they can investigate why POST requests are being cached or help you configure the server to ensure that pages involving POST requests — specifically /my-tisanium/ — are not cached by the server, proxy, or CDN.

    I spoke with my hosting provider, and after running all the necessary tests, they confirmed that the login issue only occurs on Chrome and Edge, while it works as expected on Firefox — I’ve just tested it myself.

    This seems to be an issue on your end, especially since other users are reporting the same problem. It also happens on the xtemos.com website, so I hope you can investigate what’s causing this theme feature to fail on certain browsers.

    This is a critical functionality for my website right now, and it needs to be working properly. I’ll be waiting for updates.

    Hello,

    You can fix it by applying patch # 662417. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

    The previous fix worked—thank you! However, there’s now a new issue that wasn’t happening before.

    When the cart is empty from the start, everything works correctly. But if I add items to the cart and then remove them using the side cart (off-canvas cart), the cart doesn’t refresh properly. The side cart remains stuck with no update, and the cart icon in the header doesn’t reflect the change either.

    Could you please take a look at this?
