Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Yes it’s the theme issue

Have you accessed and checked?

Yes, we checked this with the default theme and got the same issue. That is why we ask to do the same and see how it works. Send us a video if you don’t see the problem with the default theme.
