Hello,

1. In order to hide the sidebar on the categories pages, you can use our theme presets in Theme Settings. So create a preset with the condition as in the below screenshot:

Then edit Theme Settings of this preset and navigate to Product archive -> Sidebar and disable it.

2. Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Please switch to the parent theme if you use the child.

After that, check the issue again, if the issue still persists, please confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.
