Standardising product picture size

Hi once again,

Is there any way that I can ensure that all pictures uploaded by my vendors on my marketplace will be of same size? I have attached a picture of the issue in the post. Please have a look thank you.

sorry but which one am i supposed to change in order to make it such that all images will be of same size again?
I tried reading your guide a bit here and there.

Hello,

In order to set the same image size in the product grid, you need to configure this value Thumbnail width – Image width used for products in the catalog, and set the cropping.
