STARS IN THE REVIEW FIELD – VISIBILITY

Hi, I have a field of reviews on some of the devices do not display stars. What can this be caused by, please help. Attached are screenshots. At our place we see, but sending to the customer – he no longer sees stars on any device, only strange stamps.

I see that you use the Review element from Elementor Pro, in this case, please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if is it our theme issue or not.
