sticky add to cart

Hi Team

i need to know if there is any sticky add to cart option available to use on the theme, when ever scrolls past the actual add to cart button, a sticky add to cart will appear to make it easy for them to add products to cart please let me know if there is any option to turn on.

is there any way to make the position of the sticky add to cart in mobile ?
because we are adding a custom code right above the bottom navigation button , so is it possible to change the position ?
