Sticky Add to Cart Issue

When I scroll down the sticky add to cart button, it shows as choose options.
and this problem is not fixed

Add to cart button appears for simple products, variable products require the choice of the variation to be added that is why it is not possible to change this functionality, it works correctly.

The is the way this feature works. Woocommerce does not allow to add a variable product to the cart without selecting the variation, that is why it is not possible to change the functionality of this button.
