"Sticky Add to Cart" on Mobile issue

Hi,

1. Is it normal to have a “Select Options” sign in display under the product titles on mobile layout when choose “sticky add to cart on mobile” ?

2. Even I turn off “sticky add to cart” completely(on both PC and mobile), I am still having this “Select Options” there.

For both of your questions, Your screenshot doesn’t really clarify what problem you are actually facing.

Please provide with some relevant screenshots and the URL of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

The select options is enabled for mobile because the add to cart button changes to select option for variable products.

It is set to be displayed there. It has no connection with the settings you mentioned in your previous reply.

If you want to disable it you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Shop >> Quick Shop for variable products.

Note: It will also disable the button from the desktop version.

I just found out that，under PC display, if I move the mouse pointer onto the product image, I will also have the “”Select Options” sign appearing under the product title.

So the issue is both on PC display and mobile display.

I have visited the URL you provided. Please Go to Theme Settings Shop >> Product Styles >> Open product on one click on mobile >> Disable the option.

I have visited your website and found that you are using the product styles that displays the select options button by default on mobile view. It’s not an issue by any means.

You can try changing the product styles from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Product Styles.

And if you want to keep the same style and remove the button from the products on mobile then you need to add the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS for Mobile area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.
