Sticky add to cart – variable product support

Hello,
are you planning to add support to Sticky add to cart bar to variable products? I mean, if I choose a variable product (ex. red color), the main image switch to red. I continue reading and Sticky add to cart showing the default product image and button is select options.
It will be useful – while I have almost only variable products and the Sticky add to cart bar is useless without variable product support.
