STICKY CATEGORIES MENU ISSUE

Hello, our sticky menu sidebar is not showing on desktop > in chrome,
but is showing in admin panel and in Mozilla Firefox + opera,
also the same with header menu,
I am attaching images with those elements locations, please let me know what can be the reason for it?
or how can we enable it,

Disable the maintenance option via Theme Settings -> Maintenance.
