Sticky Category Bar is Not showing!

Hi There,
I had setup a Category sticky bar navigation! It was working fine until I enable the sticky header menu. Now side Category Bar is not showing to the users. However, its visible only to admin. Even I tried to undo the settings, but its still not showing to users. Please help!

Please make sure that the Maintenance mode option is disabled from Theme Settings -> Maintenance. If the issue remains, share the WP logins details so I will check and give you a possible solution.

Ooh yes! How did I missed that option!? Thank you for your reply.
However, when it was in maintenance mode still user could able to access website pages, how could that even possible?

You need to set the maintenance page. You need to create a page with the Maintenance mode content, set the Maintenance template in the page settings, and enable the Maintenance mode in the Theme Settings > Maintenance mode, Then maintenance will work on your site.
