Sticky column option not working

Hi,
As we used woodmart theme and wpbakery . Recently we face issue with sticky option , Sticky option is not working as we tried many times after deactivating all plugins but didn’t get any solution. Pls Assist or solve this issue

Sticky option is available in row setting but didn’t work . My query how this setting will work , Or there any issue with theme?
