Sticky Header Covered the #Links

I created the elements id / row id and link with #.
However, the sticky header covered part of it (circle in red).

How we can settle this issues?

Hi,

Yes, it is natural because browser scrolls the page to the element ID. Try to add your ID to some element located before the desired one.
