Sticky Nav Menu Configuration

How do I get the sticky nav menu items to show the dropdown settings? Im trying to replace the template menu items but when I add new product categories there is no option to add the icon or any of the other dropdown options I see in the template menu items.

I saw the screenshot you attached:

In order to show Extra Options for newly added menu items, you need SAVE the menu first after adding all of them.
