gezginyatakParticipantHello. I have created a menu called “Sticky navigation Mega Electronics” using the WoodMart theme. The menu contains a large number of categories, all displayed in a left-hand side menu. However, I have been experiencing some issues recently:
For some categories in the menu, even though I select the “Full Height” option, this setting does not save, and the menu remains at the default height. The logo also appears large. In the past, others who had this problem resolved it by increasing the PHP max_input_vars value. I have set this value to 10000 via CPanel, but the issue persists. The current value is updated to 10000 under WooCommerce > Status.
Additionally, when I add icons for certain categories, the icons do not display correctly. They appear large in the menu, and unfortunately, they are not being added in a smaller size to the left menu, as intended. I also cannot apply the layer height setting.
Could you please assist me in resolving these issues?
Thank you.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Could you please send me access to the admin panel so I can check the site settings?
Also, send me the URL link on which category the menu remains at the default height.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. The menu is full height – https://take.ms/tyiW2 , please clarify the issue in more detail because I see that each menu from the sticky navbar has a full height dropdown. let me know if I misunderstand you.
2. Upload the smaller images for the background because now they are 512×512:
Or use the SVG images for that purpose.
Kind Regards

gezginyatakParticipantHello again,
I encountered an issue with the Sticky Navigation Mega Electronics menu in the “Computer, Office and Education” category. Here’s a detailed description of the problem:
1) I navigated to Appearance > Menus and selected the Sticky Navigation Mega Electronics menu.
2) I then opened the Computer, Office and Education category (located at the bottom of the menu list).
3) I made the adjustments as shown in the attached photo (photo: before save menu) and saved the menu. However, after saving, when I return to check the menu, the layer height settings do not retain the changes and revert back to the default settings (as shown in the photo: after save menu).
Additionally, I noticed that all my icons are the same size (photo: Icons). I tried reducing the size of one icon as a test, but the changes were not applied.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?
Thank you.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The value is not saved due to a huge menu that has a lot of menu items. Due to the fact that the menu is very large – it created a form in the WordPress menu editor that has 13588 inputs – https://monosnap.com/file/gszT5NG7zps1ZDI4yJcyjyp1tzuOZl which, in turn, cannot be processed by your server due to its own settings.
In this situation, there are two solutions:
1. Increase PHP max_input_vars even more, to about 15000, to match the created menu.
2. Rebuilt the menu itself using the mega menu dropdowns created using the page builder (documentation https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/create-mega-menu/)
Kind Regards

gezginyatakParticipantDear Support Team,
Thank you for your assistance in increasing the PHP max_input_vars to 15000. After this change, I was able to successfully adjust the full height settings for two more categories. However, there are still three problematic categories that remain unsolved.
Given the extensive number of categories, rebuilding the menu as suggested in the video would be highly time-consuming. Therefore, I would like to resolve the issue using the current approach.
Would increasing the max_input_vars value to 20000 or even 25000 help in resolving the issue for the remaining categories? Additionally, I have encountered an issue in the mobile view where the subcategories under “Electronics” are not visible.
I have attached the necessary media files for your reference. I would appreciate any guidance or solutions you can provide to help address these issues.
Thank you for your continued support.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Open that menu and remove the HTML Block for that menu item – https://take.ms/fpK5E then clear the cache and check how it works.
