Sticky navigation menu 4 columns?

Hello. I added my categories to the sticky navigation menu, but they are opening in 2 columns. I need to change this to 4 columns as designed (in photoshop) in the attachment image. Since I have too many categories, not all of them are visible in 2 columns, and when scrolling down, the other categories appear. I want all the categories to be displayed side by side. How can I set it from 2 columns to 4 columns? Thank you.
