1. I think the bottom filter with the filters, basket and account should disappear when the sticky add to basket appears

Please try using the below Custom CSS code and paste it to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Custom CSS for mobile section:

    position: absolute !important;
}
