Still having issues with continuous errors created by wpbakery.

With every click a new error is reported. One example is below:

Can you please assist as our server people are saying this is also affecting the speed of the site and simply should not have these errors every few seconds.

May I request you describe how can I replicate this issue? Also, please attach some screenshots for a better understanding.

The errors are creating when you click on anything….. I can see the errors being generated in my Kinsta dashboard under logs which you do not have access to.

Here are more errors which are literally continuous as they occur when you click on anything in the website pretty much:

I have also taken screen show from where I am collecting these errors.

Please ignore this post and move to my next ticket which is requesting help to get rid of wpbakery and install Elementor…. Do not do a fresh install just delete wpbakery and install elementor and please provide the pages etc from your templates so i can start to modify back to what I require

If you do not mind, we can investigate what is wrong there, just confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

Thank you for the offer but I would like to change to Elementor please…..can you assist me to get rid of wpbakery and install elementor and if possible to keep the current pages (maybe renames) and install the original template pages etc so the website works fully and so I can then adjust back to how I require the pages etc….. I tried to do this but had Ajax error so obviously I did not know what i was doing….can you assist to do this please as I need to start working on the site.

The thing is that when you change the page builder, old pages will not work. The original template pages you can install only via WoodMart -> Prebuilt websites. In general, the easiest way to switch to Elementor builder is first of all disable the WPB and enable the Elementor then remove old content by clicking the “Remove content” button (https://prnt.sc/xUsJtt4LKk7h), after that import any website as you want.

As for the “Ajax import error”, would be better to create another topic for this issue and a specialist who understands this will answer you.
