Stock status in catalog page doesnt show Stock qt

This issue was fixed before, by adding the code to the functions.php in child mode
However, after upgrading to new 7.2.5 it has reverted.

I want the Available stock to be shown in CATALOG page, in stead of just ”in stock” text
